1 . Where is your factory located ?

• Our factory is located in Jl. Tirta Samudra RT 009 – RW 003 Ds. Bandengan Jepara – Jawa Tengah – Indonesia.

2. Can we custom the products ?

• Yes,  Custom product is always welcome. As per client’s own design and artworks, material, size.

3.  What is your MOQ ?

• No minimum order quantity.

4.  What is the payment Terms ?

• 50% deposit after confirm the order and the balance will be paid upon receiving the copy of shipping documents.

5.  How can we know the completion of my order ?

• 50% deposit payment —> start manufacture —> check by quality control —> take photos you confirmed —> check the logistic —> book shipment —> inform to customer ETD & ETA —> load container —> balance payment —> send shipping documents.

6.  What is the production delivery time?

• Normally it will be takes about 6 to 8 weeks after receive the deposit payment.

7.  Is there any quality guarantee for your product?

• Sure, we offer our customers 6 months quality guarantee for our products. It only suits the condition of proper use on the products.

8.  If I have some idea on graphic design, can you help me?

• Yes, we would be very pleased to do it. Once you have some ideas please send it to us. We would be able to assist you to finish it.
